Outrigger Paddling Technique Part 4
The following video shows Lemmy Lambert, the co-builder and designer of the Va’a Factory V1 and V6 in Tahiti. The video was part of a 2 day clinic and the filming of him demonstrating basic V1 Technique. An accomplished paddler himself, Lemmy and his team, Taaroa Dubois, Roland Teahui, Steeve Teihotaata and Heialanin Vairaaroa won the Te Aito, Super Aito 2009 V1 races, they also manufacture the V6 for Top Tahitian Teams.

One of the better technique videos for 1′s I’ve seen. Lots of competitive clubs in Hong Kong and we paddle all year long. Sadly no skiing (unless it’s a surf ski).
