Our club’s small boat race, the Paddlewheel Paddle, happens June 16th on Okanagan Lake. Participants will meet at the Vernon Paddling Centre’s Nut Hut within Paddlewheel Park.
Here are the details:
Race Day: Saturday June 16 @ Paddlewheel Park on Okanagan Lake (Vernon)
Distance: Long Course – 15km, and Short Course 8km
Registration: 9:00-10:15am
Race Start Time: Long Course Start – 10.30am. Short Course Start – 11.00am
Classes: All small boats including SUPs.
Entrance Fee: $10/person (+$10 for CORA insurance if not a member). Fee includes a BBQ after the race.
Come on out to race or cheer on and support the racers.
