Escort Boats
All small boat entries doing the change race on Sunday must provide their own escort boat. In order to provide suitable escort boats, we ask ALL clubs and ALL team captains to do the following:
- 1. Provide us with as early a registration as possible
- 2. Let us know if you would like the same boat and driver as last year and we will try to arrange this.
- 3. Do not switch escort boats on the beach on escort day. Safety first.
- 4. Do not expect to have an escort boat provided if you register any later than one week before the race.
- 5. Do not expect a refund on escort boat fees if you cancel a team less than one week before the race. We will still do what we can.
- 6. Remind all racers to limit carry on bags. Many items can be shared to conserve space.
Please contact Lorellei if you require an escort boat.
If at all possible we ask that all local teams try to secure their own escort boat. Once again we ask that you advise Lorellei ASAP of your escort boat needs. We’ll see what we can do.
Sunday Evening Party!
We will be hosting a post-race party on Sunday at a private home on the lake -- it has a dock, beach, grass, barbeque, firepit, jukebox, bar etc.
Our plan is for a range of salads and meat on the barbeque with bevies of various kinds available for purchase.
Don't miss this fun event. We practice, play & party hard! Plan to join us.
