Freshwater Challenge 2024

Thank you to all the clubs and volunteers who came out and took part in the 2024 Freshwater Challenge.

Your participation made it an incredible event!

The restarted event has changed formats to so that it consists of 8 laps of 5km, alternating a men's crew and then a women's crew.  The exciting new format makes for an exciting event to watch and to share your experience with other paddlers.

See you all next year!

We're inclusive & adaptive!

For people in the Okanagan, having fun on the water is a right, not a privilege.

That’s why the Vernon Adaptive program provides opportunities for people with disabilities to learn how to paddle on Okanagan Lake.
